Our care providers are able to help you with your parenting needs if you reside within a 10mi radius of any of the following cities in Tennessee: Antioch, Adams, Belle Meade, Brentwood, Clarksville, Franklin, Green Hills, Germantown, Madison, Murfreesboro, Nashville, Springfield, West End, Vanderbilt Area, and others. Safe Tails is locally owned and operated in the state of Tennessee, proudly born and serving since 2002. So, yep, we are local!
How do you choose your care providers?
Our professional staff is composed of highly qualified pet care providers who, before going out on the field, undergo a thorough certification and background check. Plus, in order to serve and protect our customers, Safe Tails care providers must possess certification in Pet First Aid/CPR and Pet Emergency Management.

What are your hours of operation?
We never stop serving our parents - we are here to help at any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
Emergency?
If you suddenly need the services of one of our care providers, contact us immediately at 1-888-518-1614. We understand emergencies are events which you can't control and that's why we DO NOT charge any hidden or emergency fees and do not require any prior notice.
How do I meet a care provider?
Once you complete your reservation, our friendly staff will coordinate a FREE consultation with one of our certified caregivers where you will be able to design the best care program for your pal based on their needs and desires. This visit will also allow our staff to meet your four-legged friends and give you an idea of how well they will interact during the duration of the program.
What payment methods do you accept?
For the security and convenience of all of our customers, we currently accept credit and debit cards as valid payment methods for our services.
